OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community.    Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

MARCELLA FERNANDES
DIRECTOR

Ms. Fernandes is a first grade teacher at Calvary Chapel Yorba Linda Academy. She tutors and does individualized instruction and intervention for elementary school students. She has worked with non-English speaking students. She has participated in the Healthy Start Program designed to prepare pre-school students for success in kindergarten and has experience working with the Boys and Girls Club in association with an elementary school.
