The acquisition and renovation of these four, ten unit buildings, enhanced the neighborhood and provided the residents with high quality affordable housing. Each building has ten, one-bedroom units with a garage for each unit. The rehabilitation of these units included new flooring, carpet, paint, appliances, and windows. The outside stairs and decking were re-done and the landscaping enhanced. This project was funded by a loan from the City of Orange Redevelopment Agency.
