Vista Alicante is a 100-unit senior gated community. It has 16, two-bedroom and 84, one-bedroom units all with a private patio or deck that is sheltered from the sun to compliment the lifestyle of older adults. All units come equipped with central heat and air conditioning, refrigerators, dishwashers, and storage closets. Amenities include a recreation building with fireplace and kitchen; swimming pool, spa, and laundry facilities that are open 24 hours. The site’s open areas, lush landscaping with generous shaded structures invite its residents to an array of outdoor activities. Vista Alicante is located in close proximity to shopping, recreation, transportation and medical facilities. The project was developed by the Related Companies and funded through the City of La Mirada Redevelopment Agency, Los Angeles County Community Development Commission and the California Tax Credit Allocation Program.
