Villa Pacifica, Rancho Cucamonga

Villa Pacifica is designed to provide a pleasant and safe living environment for low-income seniors with easy access to shopping centers, medical facilities, parks, library, and post office. This complex for seniors has 158 units in two, three-story buildings. A recreation building is in the center of the site which houses a large community room, kitchen, fireplace, reception area and offices. The common courtyard areas include a gazebo with sitting areas, two barbecue areas with picnic tables, vegetable garden and bocce ball playing areas. A concrete walkway loops the secured courtyard and provides exercise opportunities. This project was financed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency, Tax- Exempt Bonds and the California Tax Credit Allocation Program.
