Stonegate Senior Apartments is a three-story elevator-served building for seniors 62 and older. The ground level is a parking structure with two residential levels above. The project has 16 one-bedroom units, three, two-bedroom units and one manager’s unit. Each residential level is equipped with a laundry room. The recreation facility is a 1200 square foot structure which houses a large multipurpose social room equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, comfortable lounge seating , game tables and a computer center This recreation center is the key element in the community’s ongoing social programs. The project is located next to grocery stores, shopping, transportation, pharmacy, and parks. This project was funded through the California Tax Credit Allocation program and the City of Orange.
