Shingle Terrace Apartments consist of 21 buildings built on 4.6 acres in the City of Shingle Springs. The project has 72 spacious family units consisting of 27 two bed- room apartments, 32 three bedroom apartments and 12 four bedroom townhouse units. Each unit comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven, air conditioning, private storage and a patio or balcony. Project amenities include a swimming pool with outside shower, picnic areas with tables and barbecues, children’s tot lot, basketball/sport court and laundry center. This project was funded with federal and State of California low income housing tax credits and a permanent loan with Midland Affordable Housing Trust Group.
