OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community.    Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

Mr. Torres is a life time resident of the City of Orange.   He has served his community by volunteering on many committees for over 25 years.   He was the Chairman of the East Orange Improvement Committee, an advisory committee working with the City Council of Orange and the Orange Planning, Design and Review Board to improve the neighborhoods in East Orange.
