OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community.    Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

After serving 20 years as the Associate Director of the Orange Senior Citizens Center (OSCC), Judy became a volunteer in the Orange community.   While employed at the OSCC she designed and implemented a Shared Housing Program and also established a registry of affordable apartments for low income residents in the Orange area.   Currently she serves as a volunteer board member of the Orange Caregiver Resource Center, the Orange Senior Center. ( lifetime designation ) and is a volunteer at the UCI Chao Cancer Center.   For the past 34 years she has been an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Orange.
