OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community. Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

JON DUMITRU Mr. Dumitru was elected to the City of Orange City council in 2004. He is a life time resident of the City of Orange. He is a strong supporter of Orange's public safety program as evidence by his career in the fire service for well over 15 years. He is involved in a number of organizations including the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Orange County Firefighters Benevolent Association, California State Firefighters Association, Orange County Young Republicans, National Marrow Donor Program, Orange Community Chorus and Citizens for Plaza Preservation. |
