OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community.    Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

Dr. Aust is a professor of Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisal at Rancho Santiago College.   He is owner of CP Appraisers and the John Aust Real Estate Company.   He was also the founding president of National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA) Tri-County Appraisers and on the National Board of Directors for NAREA.
