OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community.    Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

Ms. Crist has been a resident of the City of Orange since 1971.    She was a Girl Scout leader for over 25 years and is a volunteer in many different capacities in her church.   She was a Board Member of the Friendly Center, a nonprofit organization that provides services to low income families and persons. She is currently president of the Soroptimist Club of Orange and a committee member with Relay for Life in Orange.
