OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community. Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

| ERNESTINE RANSOM Ms. Ransom is retired from the University of California , Irvine where she worked in student affairs for 25 years. Since retirement she has served on the Board of Directors of the UCI Retirees and Emeriti Association, YWCA Board of Directors, and was past-president of the YWCA in Central Orange County. She is active in her Senior Retirement Community and her church. |
