OHDC is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. It is a diverse group representing all segments of the community. Each Director serves with no compensation and is selected by such factors as geographic location, income level, professional expertise. Their combined experience and skills bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise that OHDC can utilize in formulating and carrying out its programs and activities.

Eduardo Vaca Mr. Vaca brings a wealth of experience to Orange Housing Development Corporation through his many years of hands-on property management. He along with his wife, Letty, have extensive experience in the management of both mobile home parks and multifamily rental properties. They currently manage the Garden Court Apartments in Santa Ana. |
