Cottonwood Senior a senior community was completed in 2000 and consists of 81 spacious units. There are 64 one bedroom units and 17 two bedroom units. Units are equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal, central heating and air conditioning, private storage and a balcony of patio. This project was funded with federal and State of California low income housing tax credits and a permanent loan.
