Casa Ramon Apartments consist of five two-story buildings situated on 3.3 acres. The project has a total of 75 units. There are 26, one-bedroom units, 41, two-bedroom units and eight, three-bedroom units. This project was acquired in July 2000. OHDC was the general contractor for the project renovation. Renovation included new roofs, exterior and interior paint, floors, windows, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, counters, carpet, light fixtures, flooring, window coverings , appliances, landscaping and the installation of playground equipment, picnic tables and barbecues. Project amenities include recreation and open space, garage parking, picnic areas and laundry rooms.
