Bermuda Park Apartments, Indio

Bermuda Park Apartments were completed in 2000 and consist of 90 spacious family units and covered parking. There are 40 two bedroom/one bath units; 36 three bedroom/one bath units and 14 four bedroom/2.5 bath units. Units are equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, garbage disposal, central heat and air conditioning, private storage and a balcony or patio. Amenities at the site include a swimming pool, laundry center, picnic areas with tables and barbecues, children’s tot lot and a basketball/sport center. This project was funded with federal and State of California low income housing tax credits and a permanent loan with Midland Mortgage Investment Corporation.
